I was reading over at jerry pournelle's site when I came across a link to an article on seven who pirated Revenge of the Sith and put it online and went to jail for it.
I wouldn't normally take notice. This stuff is so common (particularly in the Philippines) that even I get upset with all the pr0n that's right out on the street with no one minding. And I don't even have children yet.
But then I read the article and I find that a lot of the names seem to be filipino.
Marc Hoaglin probably isn't, nor is Michael Fousse. And maybe Albert Valente and Ramon G Valdez are hispanic, not necessarily filipino.
But then there are Jessie Lumada, Dwight Wayne Sityar, Joel de Sagun Dimaano, and maybe Stephani Gima.
